Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice half kg
  2. Prawn half kg
  3. Onion 200 g
  4. coconut milk from one coconut
  5. Tomato 200 g
  6. Gingergarlic paste 4 tbs
  7. Fennel powder 1 tbs
  8. Red chilli paste as your wish
  9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Cinnamon 1 stick
  11. Black Cardamom 5
  12. Cloves 7
  13. Curd 100 g
  14. Coriander leaves small amount
  15. Mint small amount
  16. Salt as per your taste
  17. Ghee 100 g
  18. Oil 50 g

Instructions

  1. In hot water soak the rice for half an hour
  2. Wash the prawn
  3. Cut the onion
  4. In cooker add ghee and oil and garam masala cinnamon clove black cardomom. Then add onion cook well for golden brown Add tomato. Add chilli paste.
  5. Add coriander leaf and mint
  6. If u take 1 cup of rice means u can take 1. 3/4 of coconut milk
  7. Add gingergarlic paste
  8. ADD prawn and fennel, cumin powder and salt. cook well for 2 min
  9. Add curd
  10. Add coconut milk
  11. Add rice
  12. Close the lid wait for one sound
  13. Serve with raitha
