Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup flour
  2. 1 tbsp yeast
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 2 tbsp Butter
  6. 2 tbsp Oil
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 2 chop onion
  9. 1 chop tomato
  10. 4 boiled potato
  11. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  12. 1/2 cup cauliflower
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. 1 tbsp Chop ginger
  15. 6 cloves of garlic
  16. 2 tbsp paav bhaaji masala
  17. salt as per taste
  18. 1/2 tsp haldi
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1 lemon Juice
  21. 2 tbsp Butter
  22. 1 tsp black seasme seeds
  23. 1 tsp white seasme seeds
  24. Parsley
  25. Pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add yeast in lukewarm water
  2. Add sugar and mix
  3. Keep it for 10 min for activation of yeast
  4. Add salt in flour and make a well in center
  5. Add yeast mix and make a dough
  6. Add butter and knead it for 7 min.
  7. Then place it at warm place for 1 an hour
  8. Till then we will make paav bhaaji
  9. Heat oil and add garlic and onion
  10. Saute them and add ginger and chilli
  11. Add tomato and cook
  12. Now add spices
  13. Cook them
  14. And add all vegetables
  15. Mash them and mix
  16. We will keep it thick because we will stuff it in buns
  17. Let it cool
  18. When dough gets double devide it into equal parts
  19. Take one ball and make a disc with fingers
  20. Add 1 tbsp paav bhaaji in it
  21. And seal all sides
  22. Make a ball and prepare all like that
  23. Grease tray and arrange these stuffed balls for 20 min.
  24. Then give milk bath
  25. Sprinkle both sesame seeds and parsley
  26. Bake them at 180 degree for 20 min.
  27. When stuffed bhaaji buns baked butter them
  28. And serve hot
