  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Butter 4 tablespoon
  4. Water for making dough

Instructions

  1. take a mixing bowl put wheat flour and salt
  2. use water and make a soft dough like Normal chapati dough
  3. keep aside for 15 minutes
  4. now make small balls from dough
  5. take 1 ball roll with rolling pin same like chapati apply 1 tablespoon butter and put some dry flour on it
  6. now take a knife cut chapati in thin strips
  7. collect all the stripes one on one
  8. keep on rolling board start folding from one corner make a roll
  9. now with light hand roll with rolling pin
  10. make the pan hot and cook prantha from one side then change side let it cook then apply butter and cook again
  11. remove from pan crumbles it and again apply butter
