Atta ka seera

Ingredients to make Atta ka seera

  • 1 cup atta...wheat
  • 1 cup sugar...if u eat very sweet put 2 tbsp more
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 3 elaichi
  • 1 tbsp khuskhus
  • 3/4 ghee
  • almonds pista sliced for garnishing

How to make Atta ka seera

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan
  2. Put elaichi then put atta and besan and stir till the colour bcomes golden brown
  3. Put khuskhus and put water and saute till the water is absorbed
  4. Now put sugar and keep stiring till the ghee comes on top
  5. Your seera is ready ..put almonds and pista and garnish and serve.

My Tip:

We put besan for equal colour in the seera and besan makes the seera thick
