Ingredients to make Mango pudding

  • 1 packet bourbon biscuit
  • Two ripe mangoes
  • 10 rasgullas
  • cream Amul 250 gm

How to make Mango pudding

  1. Take one packet of bourbon biscuit and crush it fine in mixer.
  2. Cut both mangoes in small pieces.
  3. Take the rasgollas and squeeze it . Dip it in water and squeeze all the water too and crumble it.
  4. Now take a bowl to assemble the pudding. Put first layer of crushed biscuits half of it. Press it lightly with ur hands. Next put a layer of rosgollas using half of it. Then a layer of mangoes. At Last spread a layer of cream, cover the mangoes fully.
  5. Again repeat the same layering process above it last layer is cream layer. Over this we can decorate it with cut mangoes. Let it freeze for 30 min.
  6. Take it out and serve.

My Tip:

Yiu can use vanilla ice cream too instead of cream.
