  • 10-12 lychee
  • 100 gms cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 200 gms sugar
  • 100 gms milk powder
  • mango essence few drops

How to make RIPE MANGO SWEET IN LYCHEE

  1. Make a sugar syrup consistent will be thin add drops of mango essence
  2. Now cut lychee and pull out the seeds and dipped in boiling syrup with skin. Boiled for a minute
  3. Add cottage cheese in a heated frying pan. Add mango puree, sugar, milk powder and corn flour
  4. Stir continuous mix well it will become a non sticky dough.
  5. Make a smooth ball sizes of seeds and tight inside the lychee
  6. When you eat the lychee you feel mango taste
