Ingredients to make Lettuce Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2-3 leaves of iceberg lettuce, chopped coarsely
  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of steamed brocoli
  • 1/4 cup of sliced zucchini and yellow squash
  • 2 tablespoons of cheese
  • Salt to taste

How to make Lettuce Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. Combine vinegar, olive oil, walnuts, basil, pepper and salt in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk.

My Tip:
