Raw mango pickles

Ingredients to make Raw mango pickles

  • Raw mango 500 gms
  • Roasted coriander seeds 100gms
  • Roasted fennel seeds 100 gms
  • Mustered seeds 100 gms
  • Roasted fenugreek seeds 50 gms
  • Roasted onion seeds 50gms
  • turmeric powder 50 gms
  • red chilli powder 50gms
  • Garamond masala 50 gms
  • asafoetida 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Acidic acid 2 tsp
  • oil 500gms

How to make Raw mango pickles

  1. Make mango cut in one inch diameter and dipped in water for and hour
  2. Strain from water dry in shadow
  3. Grind all spices except onion seeds
  4. Spices should be roughly powder
  5. Mango Mix with all spices even Garam masala asafoetida salt pinch of sugar acidic acid
  6. Now fill in a glass vessel and add oil.
  7. Tight the lid for 72 hours
  8. Will be ready after a week
  9. Best before one year
