Ingredients to make Condensed Milk

  • Full fat milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup

How to make Condensed Milk

  1. Add milk and sugar in a thick bottomed non-stick pan,
  2. Bring it to boil, stirring constantly to mix well.
  3. Cook for 18-20 mins until the milk thickens, stirring continuously.
  4. Once the consistency is thick, the condensed milk is ready. Remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool and transfer to a air tight container.
