Ingredients to make Mango Gelato (an italian dessert )

  • Mangoes 2
  • Whisked curd 2 tbls
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Cardamom powderr 1/4 tsp
  • Red and green candid cherries

How to make Mango Gelato (an italian dessert )

  2. In a bowl whisk curd, sugar and cardamom powder. Now set the cupcake liners in a tra
  3. In a seprate bowl mix mix 1 tbls curd and 1 tbls mango puree. Pour this mixture in moulds and freeze.
  4. When refrigerated, take a bowl - 1 tablespoon curd and 2 tablespoon mango puree and pour this on set liners. For the final layer pour mango puree on top and freeze.
  5. Once set gently remove the cup cake liners. Garnish with candid cherries and enjoy your yummy mango dessert.

My Tip:

Please set the first layer properly then after setting pour another layer.
