Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse

  • 1/2 cup - unwhipped cream
  • 1 cup - dark chocolate (chopped)
  • Chocolate sprinkles as desired

How to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse

  1. Melt the chocolate using double boiler method. Keep stirring till done. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl, add unwhipped cream and beat it till soft peaks. Now add melted chocolate to whipped cream and whisk it till completely mixed.
  3. Pour/ spoon the mixture into serving glasses.
  4. Garnish with choco chips or chocolate vermecilli or grated chocolate.
  5. Serve chilled.
