Ingredients to make Chicken Kosha
- Chicken big pieces 1 kg
- Onion 500 gm (cut into slices)
- Ginger 1 and 1/2" (paste)
- Garlic 20 cloves (paste)
- Tomato 4 big sized (paste)
- Oil 2 cups
- Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt as required
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Whole garam masala (5 green cardamon,1"cinnamon and 5 cloves)
- Coriander leaves for decoration
