Ingredients to make raw papaya parantha

  • Raw papaya half kg
  • jeera 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder to teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli two numbers
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • salt according to taste
  • oil 2- teaspoon
  • onion -One medium
  • butter 2 tablespoon

How to make raw papaya parantha

  1. peel the raw papaya and remove the seeds
  2. great the raw papaya properly
  3. heat oil and add jeera.after a min jeera crackle add grated papaya.Add all dry ingredients except salt nd onion.
  4. after 2-3 minutes switch off the gas
  5. cool the mixture . when you make paranthas then add salt in onion
  6. take a required amount of dough and roll it with the Rolling pin
  7. spread dry floor then place papaya stuffing in the centre
  8. take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre
  9. rule to round shape using rolling pin
  10. Put in on hot tawa and make parantha till it golden brown from both the sides.
  11. spread more butter and serve hot

My Tip:

You can add any more ingredients aac to taste
