Ingredients to make Magical raw papaya parantha

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  • raw papaya- 12 cup grated
  • Grated ginger-1 tsp
  • milk for kneading the flour
  • few green chilli ( optional)
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • ghee 1-2 tablespoons

How to make Magical raw papaya parantha

  1. 1) Grate the raw papaya and ginger and keep it aside
  2. 2)Knead the whole wheat flour by using milk
  3. 3) Take a tawa and heat it
  4. 4)Add salt , Ajwain,red chilli powder and few small pieces of green chilli in the raw papaya and ginger
  5. 5) Roll the chapati and fill the mixture of raw papaya and roll it in round shape
  6. 6)Put the parantha on tawa and cook it using ghee
  7. 7) Make it crispy and serve it hot with curd or raita.

My Tip:

After adding salt in raw papaya make it very fast otherwise it will leave water
