Ingredients to make Instant Crispy Bread Chivda

  • Bread wedges 1 bowl
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per your taste (optional)
  • Oil 1 tbsp

How to make Instant Crispy Bread Chivda

  1. Cut bread wedges into small pieces.
  2. Take Microwave proof bowl.
  3. Add bread pieces.
  4. Then add all masala and oil (except sugar).
  5. Put bowl in microwave high power 1.5 min.
  6. Put it out of the bowl, then stir properly.
  7. Put again on high power for 1.5 min.
  8. Cool it.
  9. Add sugar powder.
  10. Store in air tight container.

My Tip:

You can also add some roasted nuts to more healthier and tastier.
