About Chocolate Ice cream Recipe

It's my favourite Icecream that is very yummy and best eaten with hot chocolate sauce.

Chocolate Ice cream

Ingredients to make Chocolate Ice cream

  • 500 ml amul gold milk
  • 1 small bowl cold milk
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp GMS powder
  • A pinch of CMC powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp amul fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence

How to make Chocolate Ice cream

  1. Take the cold milk, add cornflour, G.M.C, C.M.C, milk powder. Stir it well.
  2. Take 500 ml milk and add sugar to boil for 15 minutes. Then add cold mixture into the hot boiling milk mixture. Stir it.
  3. Cool in room temperature, then freeze it for 1 and 1/2 hour.
  4. After freezing add amul fresh cream, cocoa powder, chocolate essence and beat till it becomes fluffy.
  5. Keep in a plastic tin and cover with a lid. Then set it in a deep fridge for 7-8 hours, till it is ready. Happy cooking!
