# Method:
*500 ml milk ko gas pe ubalne rakhe.
* add 8-9 tbsp sugar
* 1 cup milk me milk powder, G.M.C., C.M.C., cornflour mix Kare..aur es mixture ko sugar vale milk me add Kare..milk ko hilate rahe..15 minutes tak..
*now cool in room temperature, then freeze it for 1& 1/2 hour.
* now add amul fresh cream. And bit till it become fluffy.
* keep it in deep freeze. after 7-8 hour basic ice cream is ready.
# vanilla icecream:
# add 1 tsp vanilla essence for vanilla icecream.
# chocolet icecream
# add choco, drinking chocolate powder, chocolate essence for chocolate icecream
* now add vanilla icecream in kulfi mold, then chocolate icecream and put chocobar stick in it and set .
