Vanilla & choco bar... Ones you know how to make BASIC icecream ...you can make any type of icecream .... Your own creation... Today I make fusion icecream bar... Yummy & tasty... Preparation time:30 Cooking time:1&1/2 hour Setting time: 7-8 hour Recipe..of basic icecream *500 ml full fat milk * 1 cup milk *1 cup milk powder *1,1/2 cornflour *1,1/2 G.M.S powder.. *1 chutki C.M.C powder ( G.M.S& C.M.C. ye dono powder se ice cream soft and fluffy banti hai..) * 1 cup Amul fresh cream *1 tsp vanilla essence # for chocolate icecream *1 tbsp Choco powder *1 tbsp drinking chocolate powder *1 tsp chocolate essence

# Method: *500 ml milk ko gas pe ubalne rakhe. * add 8-9 tbsp sugar * 1 cup milk me milk powder, G.M.C., C.M.C., cornflour mix Kare..aur es mixture ko sugar vale milk me add Kare..milk ko hilate rahe..15 minutes tak.. *now cool in room temperature, then freeze it for 1& 1/2 hour. * now add amul fresh cream. And bit till it become fluffy. * keep it in deep freeze. after 7-8 hour basic ice cream is ready. # vanilla icecream: # add 1 tsp vanilla essence for vanilla icecream. # chocolet icecream # add choco, drinking chocolate powder, chocolate essence for chocolate icecream * now add vanilla icecream in kulfi mold, then chocolate icecream and put chocobar stick in it and set .
