About Greek Yogurt Mousse Recipe

It is creamy, cooling sweet dessert made up of yogurt with a lemon tinge in it.

Greek Yogurt Mousse

Ingredients to make Greek Yogurt Mousse

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • lemon juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Powdered biscuits 5 or 6
  • Dry fruits and chocolate chunks

How to make Greek Yogurt Mousse

  1. Mix yogurt, condensed milk, lemon juice and zest together to form smooth and fluffy paste. It takes around 5 minutes.
  2. Take a glass or bowl and layer it according to your taste. Firstly spread the powdered biscuit layer. Then followed by the paste made above.
  3. Sprinkle some dry fruit of your choice and some chocolate chunks and repeat again the whole process.
  4. Cool and the delicious dessert is ready.
  5. Keep in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
