Triple Coconut Sorbet
How to make Coconut Milk
- Coconut water/Tender coconut water-1 cup
- Coconut milk- 1 cup
- Coconut flakes/Tender coconutpulp1/2 cup
- Sugar-1/4 cup
- Water-1/4 cup
- salt- small pinch
- Prepare simple syrup using equal amount of sugar and water...just dissolving sugar is enough...Let the syrup cool...
- Take coconut water and sugar syrup in a freezer safe container...Take Coconut milk using shredded coconut(use warm water while extracting milk)
- Add coconut milk , few drops of lemon juice, coconut flakes and a pinch of salt to coconut water mixture..
- Mix well and freeze...Freeze for 1 hour and take out...Mix well using a fork...Again freeze...
- Repeat the same 5 or 6 times...After 6 times, let it freeze overnight or at least 10 hours...
