Ingredients to make Paneer pasanda

  • 1 slab paneer chopped and fried
  • 1 bowl cashewnuts
  • 5 to 6 green chillies
  • 8 to10 garlic pods
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 1 tbsp kasturi methi
  • 1tbsp Butter
  • 1tsp garam masala pwd
  • 1 onion chopped

How to make Paneer pasanda

  1. In a kadai add butter fry kasturi methi then add chopped onions fry till light pink
  2. Make a paste of cashewnuts, green chillies, garlic , milk and add to the onions. Keep stirring till it leaves oil.
  3. Add garam masala powder, a pinch of turmeric, salt, and the fried paneer pieces and mix well. Then add curds mix well till the gravy thickens. Serve hot

My Tip:

If you want you an add curd, instead of paneer, you can add mushrooms, corn, chicken.

what "add curds" mean.. m gonna try this recipe.. does that mean need to add curd..but its not mentioned in ingredients list.. please help asap that's gonna be our dinner tonight
