ABOUT Paneer pasanda RECIPE

This dish is basically made from cashewnuts, green chillies and garlic pods paste . In this dish you can add your choice or let it be paneer, corn, mushrooms, or any chicken item.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 slab paneer chopped and fried
  2. 1 bowl cashewnuts
  3. 5 to 6 green chillies
  4. 8 to10 garlic pods
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pinch of turmeric
  7. 1 bowl milk
  8. 1 tbsp kasturi methi
  9. 1tbsp Butter
  10. 1tsp garam masala pwd
  11. 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  1. In a kadai add butter fry kasturi methi then add chopped onions fry till light pink
  2. Make a paste of cashewnuts, green chillies, garlic , milk and add to the onions. Keep stirring till it leaves oil.
  3. Add garam masala powder, a pinch of turmeric, salt, and the fried paneer pieces and mix well. Then add curds mix well till the gravy thickens. Serve hot

what "add curds" mean.. m gonna try this recipe.. does that mean need to add curd..but its not mentioned in ingredients list.. please help asap that's gonna be our dinner tonight
