Chicken with spinach.....aunique taste of aromatic spices along with spinach and chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 400grams.
  2. Green chillies 10.
  3. Spinach puree 1cup.
  4. Chopped tomato 1cup.
  5. Tutmeric powder 1tea spoon.
  6. Paprica powder1tea spoon.
  7. Garam masala powder.1tea spoon
  8. Salt 1tea spoon.
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1table spoon.

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,paprika powder,gatam masala powder and salt.
  2. Keep in fridge for 30minutes.
  3. Slit green chillies longitudinally.keep aside.
  4. Heat aheavy bottomed vessel.put flame on low.
  5. Sp4ead half cup spinach puree in the bottom.put chicken pieces over it.put 5 slit green chillies over chicken,then half cup chopped tomato over it.
  6. Again put remained spinach puree over tomatoes,then put 5slit green chillies ,top with half cup chopped tomatoes.
  7. Raise flame to high for 1minute.cover the lid and cook on low flame for 12_15 minutes till chicken is done.
  8. If require add a little water to pot to avoid burning of curry.
  9. Serve with boiled rice/chapatis.
