Ingredients to make Paneer parcel / paneer pockets

  • Samosa patty sheets
  • Paneer shredded 1 cup
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 2 tbsp Finely chopped celery 2 tbs Green Chilli finely chopped 1
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp or to taste
  • Coriander, finely chopped
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Maida paste ( 2 tbsp maida +water )

How to make Paneer parcel / paneer pockets

  1. In a pan add very little say about 1/2 tsp add finely chopped capsicum celery green Chilli and stir well for few seconds off the flame .
  2. Add paneer coriander leaves cheese and mix well . Add less salt already cheese contains salt .
  3. So add according to that. Add Oregano and Chilli flakes and mix well and keep aside !!
  4. Take a samosa patty sheet cut into half. If it's too big cut again into half .
  5. Need to be thin strips and make maida paste. Makes everything ready .
  6. Heat oil in a kadai on medium hot . Take 2 sheet like shown in pictures keep in plus sign apply maida paste and keep one more sheet and keep that paneer stuffing .
  7. And start folding with the last sheet and fold it with help of maida paste.
  8. Do some more and fry them until golden brown Colour and transfer to the paper towel to remove excess oil and serve hot with any dip of your choice !!!
