Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  2. Semolina 1/4 cup
  3. Ghee 3 tsp
  4. Cloves 3
  5. Saffron threads 4-5
  6. Raisins few
  7. Cashews few
  8. Milk 3 cup
  9. Sugar 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. GREASE TAWA WITH 1 TSP OF GHEE, FRY CASHEWS TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD HALF CUP OF VERMICELLI, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD 2 CUP OF MILK, COVER AND COOK
  4. OPEN THE LID, CHECK COOKNESS, ADD CLOVES, SAFFRON AND 1 CUP OF MILK
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP OF SEMOLINA LET IT COOK, COVER THE LID AND COOK IN LOW FLAME
  6. STIR IN BETWEEN
  7. OPEN THE LID CHECK THE COOKNESS AND ADD SUGAR, LET IT DISSOLVES
  8. ADD RAISINS AND GHEE 2 TSP
  9. FRY TILL IT LEAVES BOTTOM OF TAWA, TAKE OFF FLAME
  10. SERVE IN HOT
