Toasted Aloo Sandwich

Ingredients to make Toasted Aloo Sandwich

  • Boiled Potatoes 5 6 chopped n mashed
  • Bread Slices-8
  • green chutney
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Haldi 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Zeera 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • onion chopped 2 3
  • Green Chillies 2 3 chopped

How to make Toasted Aloo Sandwich

  1. In a Pan heat oil
  2. Add Chopped Onions and roast
  3. Add zeera chillies hing. Roast it
  4. Add salt,sugar n haldi
  5. Add boiled n mashed potatoes n mix well
  6. Add garam masala n mix well.
  7. Mash the subji
  8. Swich off the gas.cool it
  9. apply little butter n chutney on the bread slices
  10. spread little aloo subji on one of the bread slice
  11. cover it with another bread slice
  12. Now toast these sandwiches in the toaster till brown
  13. Serve with Green Chutney n Tomato Sauce
