Ingredients to make Dahi sev puri

  • 10 to 15 tiki puris
  • 1 tbsp of green chillies chutney
  • 1 tbsp of tamarind chutney
  • Coriander for garnish
  • 1 bowl beaten curds
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of garam masala pd
  • Pinch of chat masala pd
  • 2 potatoes boiled, smashed
  • 1 handful of sev

How to make Dahi sev puri

  1. For Potato Masala : Smash potatoes and add salt, garam masala pd, coriander chopped, chat masala.
  2. In a plate spread the tiki puris , add the potatoes masala, then add the tamarind chutney in each tiki puri , and green chillies chutney then add the beaten curds on top of the tiki puris then sprinkle salt, garam masala pd, coriander chopped, chat masala, then sprinkle sev on it

My Tip:

If u have left over rotis then deep fry an keep aside an use it in dahi sev puri
