  1. idles - 6 (cut to small cube)
  2. tamarind pulp -2 tbsp
  3. haldi - 1tsp
  4. chilles-5 (slit length wise)
  5. musturd seeds-1tsp
  6. urdal -2tsp
  7. curry leaves-7
  8. Salt
  9. oil-2tbsp
  10. onion-2 nos(cut lengthwise)

Instructions

  1. put oil and then mustard ,urdal ,chilles,curry leaves,onion and then let all this turn golden brown and then and salt ,tamarind pulp ,and mix then and the idles and mix
