Ingredients to make Chinese - Style Vermicelli

  • Vermicelli (I used the Bambino brand) 3 cup
  • Finely chopped Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli 1
  • Small size Onion (optional) 1
  • Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  • Ching's Noodles Masala 3 Tablespoon
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Chinese - Style Vermicelli

  1. Boil vermicelli, when cooked drain the excess water using a sieve and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add oil, green chili and all the vegetables. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the boiled vermicelli, ching's noodles masala, salt and all the sauces.
  3. Mix everything well and cook for 3-4 minutes
  4. Serve Immedietely
