Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup vermicelli
  2. 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  3. 1 cup sweet corn
  4. 3-4 lemon juice
  5. 2-3 dried kashmiri red chilies
  6. 7-8 garlic cloves
  7. 1 medium onion chopped
  8. 1 cup peppers chopped
  9. 10-12 curry leaves
  10. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  12. 3-4 tbsp oil
  13. salt to taste
  14. chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Make a rough and dry paste of kashmiri red chili and garlic cloves... Saute the vermicelli in 1 tbsp oil till it turns light golden in a kadai, when it's done remove it and keep it aside...
  2. Add oil to the kadai, let get heated... Keep the flame on a medium heat... Add the curry leaves and green chilies... Saute for few seconds...
  3. Add the chopped onion saute till it turns translucent... Add the sweet corn, chopped peppers saute for about a minute... Add the chopped tomatoes cook till it turns tender.... Add the red chili and garlic paste... Mix well
  4. Add the roasted vermicelli... Mix it with the vegetables... Add 2 cups of water...add salt to taste.. cover it and cook for about 3-4 mins or till the vermicelli is nicely cooked... Add the lemon juice and tomato sauce...
  5. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves mix it well... Serve it hot with a lemon wedge...
