ABOUT Butternut squash Mushroom Pasta RECIPE

Tagliatelle Pasta cooked with butternut squash, garlic, onion and mushrooms

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 1 cup (Tagliatelle)
  2. Butternut squash chopped 2 cups
  3. button mushroom 100 gms
  4. Garlic 2 cloves
  5. onion 1 medium
  6. Butter 2 tbsp
  7. olive oil 2tbsp
  8. Pepper powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add pasta to boiling water , add salt and cook till done
  2. Drain water and add butter
  3. Saute butternut squash in oil till half done
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and butternut squash
  5. Cover and cook till done
  6. Add pasta
  7. Add salt and pepper
