Ingredients to make Canapes chaat

  • 8-10 canapes
  • 1 medium sized chopped tomato
  • 1 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1 medium sized chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 1/2 cup boiled sprouted moong
  • 2 teaspoon boiled chopped potatoes
  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 cup curd (use if need more)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masalo
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Sev as per need
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon mint chutney
  • 1/2 cup masala bundi
  • 1/2 cup masala peanuts
  • 2 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

How to make Canapes chaat

  1. Take bowl. Add chopped onion,tomato,capsicum,boiled corn ,boiled sprouted moong ,boiled chopped potatoes in it. Mix it.
  2. Now add chilli powder,chaat masala ,salt ,aamchur powder,roasted cumin powder.mix well.
  3. Now add masala boondi ,masala peanuts, 1 teaspoon of tamarind chutney,green chutney and curd in it.mix it properly.
  4. In another bowl take mayonnaise ,and mix mint chutney in it.keep it in freeze for Sometime till it get chilled.
  5. Now take canapes in serving plate .fill prepared stuffing(of tomato,onion,boondi ,chutney) in it.fill mayonnaise mint chutney on it.sprinkle sev on it..garnish with pomegranate seeds ,masala peanuts.
  6. Garnish coriander leaves on it.serve immediately .and enjoy.

My Tip:

If u can fill mayonnaise and mint chutney in pipebag and keep it in refrigerator. Then use it with pipebag. It will give good presentation.
