Ingredients to make Khakhra canapes

  • Small khakra 7-8 (see my recipe of chatpata khakhra, just prepare the small khakhra from the same dough)
  • Chopped cucumber 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Chopped tomato ( deseeded) 1/4 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • lime Juice 1 tsp
  • Mayonaise 4-5 tbsp
  • mint chutney 1-2 tsp

How to make Khakhra canapes

  1. To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and mint chutney and fill it in an icing bag with a tiny tip nozzle.
  2. To make the topping, in a big bowl mix all the remaining ingredients (except khakhra ) and mix it well.
  3. For the presentation, take a khakhra canape, put in a little amount of topping and apply some mint mayo sauce on the topping.

Prepare all the ingredients before serving.
