Ingredients to make Khakhra chat

  • Bite-size khakhra 10-15
  • Curd 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and diced potato 1
  • Chopped cucumber 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion 1/2
  • Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  • Mint and Coriander chutney 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp

How to make Khakhra chat

  1. Prepare the bite size khakhra or you can use the small pieces of regular khakhras.
  2. Whisk the curd, add the boiled potato, cucumber, salt, onion,chilly powder and mix it well.
  3. Pour this curd mixture into a bowl, add the tamarind and mint chutney .
  4. Just before serving add the khakhra and roasted cumin powder.
  5. Serve it immediately.

My Tip:

We can prepare this chat with sprouts, corn and fruits.
