About Malai Muffins Recipe

Easy, tasty and ready in few minutes. No one can eat just one.

Malai Muffins

Ingredients to make Malai Muffins

  • all purpose flour- 1 & 1/2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • malai - 1cup
  • Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup- as needed
  • Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 3/4tsp
  • cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

How to make Malai Muffins

  1. Mix malai and sugar in a big bowl and keep it aside for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Sift maida, baking powder, baking powder, cardamom powder and pinch of salt together.
  3. Now beat malai & sugar softly. don't overbeat it.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in wet ingredients. Mix it well with the help of milk, pour milk with tbsp. batter should be neither runny nor thick.
  5. Preheat oven.
  6. Pour batter in muffins liner.
  7. Bake it at 170 c for 15 - 20 minutes or till done.

My Tip:

Use fresh malai always.
