Ingredients to make Malai Tukda

  • 2 white breads
  • 2 tablespoon thick malai
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoon rose syrup
  • Few raisins/ kishmish for garnishing

How to make Malai Tukda

  1. Cut the bread into desired shapes.
  2. Top the bread slices with a thick layer of malai. Then add sugar on the malai.
  3. Garnish it with rose syrup and kishmish.
  4. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

We can use whole wheat bread instead of white bread for a healthy option.
