Chicken pieces marinated with yogurt and spices and cooked with pepper,tomato and onion on low flame.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4-5 medium size chicken pieces
  2. 2-3 tsp yogurt
  3. 1 medium size onion cut into medium pieces
  4. 2 sweet mini peppers chopped
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp tandoori chicken masala
  8. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  9. Olive oil
  10. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt and other spices mentioned in ingredients except red chilly powder and tandoori masala
  2. Cut the onions,tomato and pepper.
  3. Take oil in a flat pan,add the marinated chicken pieces
  4. Fry it,when one side is fried,add the onions,tomato and peppers.
  5. Add red chilly powder and tandoori masala ,
  6. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes,sprinkle some water and cover cook on low flame till the chicken boils and is soft.Add black pepper and serve.
