Ingredients to make Potatoes pancake

  • Amchur powder- 1/8tsp
  • Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves handful
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1/2tsp
  • Besan 2tbsp
  • Rice flour 1tbsp
  • Fine rawa 1tbsp
  • Ragi powder 1tbsp
  • Roasted grinded oats 1tbsp
  • Water for making batter
  • Washed peeled grated raw potatoes 1 big
  • Oil for roasting
  • Turmeric powder pinch
  • Ajwain seeds pinch

How to make Potatoes pancake

  1. Method Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of idli consistency leaving oil.. heat iron tawa. . when heated pour ladle full of batter and little oil in the side. cover it for 2-3 mins and then flip the side and roast it for 2-3 mins.. It's ready to serve and eat.

My Tip:

You can add veggies like onions, tomato, grated carrot and shredded capsicum too
