Cheesy, Spicy Potato Donuts

Ingredients to make Cheesy, Spicy Potato Donuts

  • Boiled and peeled potatoes- 3medium size
  • 1/4 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1tbsp rice flour
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 1/8cup maida
  • Mixed herbs 1tsp
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2tsp dry mango powder
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • salt and black pepper according to your taste

How to make Cheesy, Spicy Potato Donuts

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and grate them. Add all the above mentioned ingredients. Grease your palms with oil and prepare a dough by mixing everything nicely. Divide this dough in equal portion by making smooth balls. Flatten up these balls in between both of your palms.
  2. Take a cap of small bottle and cut from between to give these Donoughts look. Keep them in the fridge for 1 hour. After one hour heat the oil and fry them and serve with your favourite sauce or chutney.
