I made halm less veg salmorejio its a chilled tomato soup with crutons and fried bread toping

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripened tomatoes 1/4 kg
  2. Clarified butter 40gms
  3. 2tsp venigar
  4. 1tsp chopped spring onion
  5. 1tsp chopped onion
  6. 1tsp capsicum slices
  7. Half tsp mixed herbs
  8. Half tsp chilli flakes
  9. Black oilves half cup
  10. Wheat bread slices 4
  11. White bread half cup (for topping)
  12. Celery chopped half cup
  13. Half cup fresh cream
  14. Pepper half tsp
  15. Half cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl boil water slice tomatoes put boil up to 10min
  2. Then do not peal blend nicely fine creamy
  3. Heat the other pan put butter add garlic crush
  4. It gets nice aroma ..then add spring onion
  5. Then add tomato blend puri
  6. Add half cup water ,mean while heat another pan add butter fri mushrooms,capsicum as 1min take out
  7. Add seasoning as salt,herbes,chili flakes
  8. Next add venila keep statue medium flame it comes thick
  9. Creamy add fresh cream keep refrigerator half an hour
  10. Heat the another pan add butter place bread peices white and wheat brown
  11. Fri as It turns goodish colour..ready to serve
  12. Serving time take a plate pour tomato soup garnish with onion,spring onion,
  13. Sprinkle pepper as pinch
  14. Then add chopped olives,capsicum slices , mushrooms
  15. Then place on fried bread slices on it
  16. Ready to serve
