Jhalmoori (puffed rice)

Ingredients to make Jhalmoori (puffed rice)

  • 100 gms Puffed rice
  • 50 gms flat rice
  • 4 pieces papad
  • 100 gms ground nut
  • 50gms corn flakes
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • Oil as required

How to make Jhalmoori (puffed rice)

  1. Add oil in a heated frying pan fry papad then fry ground nut, corn flakes and flat rice.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add puffed rice and all these fried ingredients masala black pepper powder and black salt mango powder. Mix properly.
  3. Ready to serve.

My Tip:

It can be kept in air tight container more than 15 days.
