Fresh Corn Khamani

Ingredients to make Fresh Corn Khamani

  • Cooking oil – 2 TBSP
  • Cumin and Mustard seeds – 1/8 TSP
  • Hing – 1 pinch
  • Curry leaves – 3-4 Nos.
  • Green chillies – 2 pcs.
  • Ginger paste – 1/8 TSP
  • Turmeric powder – 1/8 TSP
  • Grated/Grinded fresh corn – 1 cup
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Milk – 1/8 cup

How to make Fresh Corn Khamani

  1. Grind 1 cup fresh corn.
  2. Take a pan, add cooking oil.
  3. Add cumin & mustard seeds. Let it get heat for some time. Then add 1 pinch of hing, curry leaves, green chillies (cutting pieces), ginger paste, and turmeric powder.
  4. Add grated fresh corn.
  5. Add salt as per taste and cover the pan with a lead. Let it cooked on medium gas for 6 minutes.
  6. After 6 minutes, add milk and cook for 6 minutes more.
  7. Once cooked. Serve the dish with sev, fresh coriander.
