Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For fritters - besan 3 spoons
  2. rice flour two spoons
  3. Baking powder 2 pinches
  4. salt as per taste
  5. turmeric powder one pinch
  6. Red chilli powder 1 pinch
  7. water as required( for making batter)
  8. water as required (for frying)
  9. for toppings--- chopped onion two spoons
  10. chopped tomatoes two spoons
  11. chopped coriander two spoons
  12. chopped green chillies 1/2spoon
  13. Curd 3 spoons
  14. tamarind chutney two spoons
  15. chat masala one spoon
  16. pomegranate one spoon
  17. Black salt as per taste
  18. bhujia one spoon
  19. null
  20. Washed Spinach leaves- as required

Instructions

  1. mix besan, rice flour, baking powder, salt ,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  2. mix water and make a semi the thick batter
  3. in a frying pan heat oil
  4. dip the leaves in the batter and fry it
  5. keep the fried leaves in a plate
  6. add onion, tomatoes ,coriander, green chilli ,curd ,tamarind chutney, chaat masala ,pomegranate, black salt and bhujia as toppings
  7. Serve it
