ABOUT SPINACH PAKODA CHAT RECIPE

Crispy palak leave coated with gram flour and deep fry and decorate with chat ingredients make it delicious and different. This pakoda chat is always favorite of the children specially at kids party.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 fresh leaves of spinach
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 2tbsp rice flour
  4. salt as pr taste
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  6. pinch haldi
  7. pinch ajwain and asafoetida
  8. for chat
  9. 1/2 cup chopped boiled aalu
  10. 1 chopped onion
  11. 4 tbsp imly chutney
  12. 1 cup sweeten curd
  13. coriander leaves
  14. salt as pr taste
  15. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  16. 1/4 tsp chaat msala
  17. 2 tbsp sev any type

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of pakoda make semi thick batter
  2. Heat oil. Dip all palak leaves in batter and deep fry twicely untill crisp
  3. Marinate all chopped aalu with salt, red chilli powder, chat masala. collect all ingredients of chat to decorate pakoda
  4. Take a serving plate decorate pakodas Sprinkle aalu, onion, dahi, chutney, coriander leaves, tomatoes and sev
  5. garnish with grated muli gajar.
