Ingredients to make Fajeto
- Mango pulp 1/2 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Besan 2 tbsp
- Haldi/turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar as per taste (if mangoes are too sweet you may omit.)
- Green chillies 2
- Dry kokum 2
- For tempering:--
- Mustard,hing,dry whole chillies,curry leaves,cloves.
- Coriander leaves for for garnishing.
