Yummy pickled pineapple with amazing combination of being sweet, sour and spicy all at the same time.

  1. 1. Pineapple  sliced  
  2. 2. Green chilli
  3. 3. Vinegar    
  4. 4. Water
  5. 5. Garlic sliced
  6. 6. Coriander leaves    
  7. 7. Salt
  8. The amount of ingredients is as per your taste.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a deep bowl.
  2. Transfer this pickled pineapple to an air tight jar. ( you can also refrigerate it ) Enjoy!
