- Konafa 300 g
- Melted butter 100 g
- 300 g Cream+Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp fine sugar
- Cardamom as per taste
- 100 ml sugar syrup flavored with orange blossom water
How to make Konafa Bi Jibn
My Tip:Beat the 2 cheeses together with sugar. Put in the ring mould and chill in fridge. Use the chilled slab in between the konafa layers. Saves a lot of messy work.
