Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup grated potato
  2. 3 tbsp corn flour
  3. 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  4. 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Dry fruits roasted and crushed 4 tbsp
  6. Hershey's Strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash and remove the skin of potato and grated
  2. Wash grated potato until starch is removed remove excess water keep aside
  3. Now to this add corn starch powder sugar mix well meanwhile heat the appe pan add ghee when ghee is hot add potato mixture and press it cook this for 5 minutes or until golden color
  4. Now crush the roasted nuts it's up to your choice I added walnuts cashew almond raisins and dates roast the almond cashew and walnut let it cool then crushed the nuts to this add dates and make coarse powder not a fine powder
  5. Now arrange the mini potato basket take a bowl add crushed nuts and 2 tbsp strawberry syrup mix well now add spoon full of nuts mixture into mini potato basket and sprinkle strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup yummy and tasty mini potato basket nuts with strawberry syrup is ready enjoy each bite with Hershey's strawberry syrup thank you happy cooking
