Singhara flour pakora is very simple and quick without fry recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup singhara flour
  2. 1 cup grated bottle gourd
  3. 1 boiled and grated potato
  4. one teaspoon sendha salt
  5. half teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. 2 - 3 chopped green chillies
  7. 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
  10. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast the Singhara flour .
  2. mix all ingredients except oil.
  3. Now add 500 ml water and make slurry.
  4. In a wok add slurry and stir continuously on medium flame until thick.
  5. grease the plate with oil and spread the mixture on it.
  6. let it cool.
  7. cut the square pieces with the help of knife.
  8. Now cut into centre for triangular shape.
  9. grease the grill Pan with oil and heat it.
  10. place the triangular shape sandwich on greased grill pan.
  11. cook from both sides until crispy and golden brown.
  12. serve hot with coconut coriander chutney.
