Vermicelli chicken kebab

Ingredients to make Vermicelli chicken kebab

  • chicken 500gms
  • Refined flour 200 gms
  • carrot cut in juelinnes 1/ 2cup
  • French beans 1/2 cup
  • Green capsicum 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala pwdr 1/2 tsp
  • green chilly pwdr 1 tsp
  • oil 3 tbsp + for frying
  • Vermicelli for coating
  • 1/ 2cup water
  • salt as per taste

How to make Vermicelli chicken kebab

  1. Boil chicken with 2 or 3 pods of garlic and 1/2 inch ginger till the water is completely dried out.
  2. Cool and shred the chicken.
  3. Half boil the vegetables and keep aside.
  4. In a large pan or kadhai heat oil add the maida and cook till raw smell goes, add water while continuosly stiring and cook till oil separates.
  5. At this stage add the shredded chicken and the boiled vegetables , ginger garlic paste , green chilly pwdr, garam masala pwdr, salt and mix well.
  6. Cool the mix and make tikkis withe your palm.
  7. Take vermicelli and break into small pieces.
  8. Coat the tikkis with this vermicelli and leave it aside for abt 30 mins.
  9. Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until light golden in color.
  10. Serve hot with green chutney.

My Tip:

While adding water make sure to stir it continuously and dont add more water, also the mix can be stored for a day or two.
