Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Jaggry or sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Milk 250 ml
  5. Grated coonut 1/4 cup
  6. Cardamom powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add rice flour, salt, grated coconut and mix well
  2. Add boiling water little by little and knead it
  3. Make small small balls from the dough
  4. Put it in a steamer and steam cook for 15 mins
  5. Another pan add milk sugar little rice flour and cook for 5. Min
  6. When it comes to little thick consistency add cooked rice ball and mix well
  7. Add cardomon powder and switch off the flame
