Egg with Cheesy White Gravy

Ingredients to make Egg with Cheesy White Gravy

  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 Grated processed cheese cube
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Whole methi
  • salt as required
  • 2-4 tbsp Refined oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee

How to make Egg with Cheesy White Gravy

  1. Take refined oil and ghee and fry boiled eggs and keep aside and then put some whole methi seeds and sim the flame.
  2. When the smell of methi will come remove all the methi seeds from oil and add finely chopped onions and fry till the raw smell will remove then add the garlic paste,
  3. After frying it, add some salt, black pepper powder, sugar and kasuri methi.
  4. Add the milk (if required you can add more milk because it is for gravy and no water is used for it).
  5. When the milk will come to a boil, add eggs and cover with a lid on a low flame.
  6. Add the flour and mix with a little water and put it into the gravy to make the gravy a little thick (flour is to make the gravy little thick) and stir continuously so that no lumps can form.
  7. At last, add the grated cheese and boil for 10 seconds and cover the lid. Garnish with cilantro and it is ready to serve with roti, naan or paratha etc.
